This policy determines the directions for the strategic-corporate development and success of the company, the well-being of its employees and the management system, ensuring the quality of the services rendered by “TERRA PHARM” LLC.

The management of “TERRA PHARM” LLC undertakes the following obligations and guarantees for the realization of its main direction in the field of quality:

Ensuring compliance of the company’s activities with legislative, normative documents, technical specifications and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 international standards on management systems and other requirements;
To improve the quality of processes in the areas of service provided for customers;
Constantly increasing the qualification of the staff and directing it to achieve the set goals;
It will ensure the protection of data confidentiality and property rights of its customers, including electronic storage of documented data and transmission of results;
To prevent pollution of products;
